Transaction Banking Intern (m/f/d)


Job Summary

The Transaction Banking Intern gains practical experience within a certain banking area which enhances his or her theoretical knowledge. Additionally the internship is an outstanding chance for the student to gather international experience in a dynamic and forward-moving environment. The internship is of training nature for the student. The organizational unit takes over full responsibility of the tasks performed.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support for defined team members and handle ad-hoc requests
  • Organise and book meetings, workshops and appointments; take minutes during meetings and conference calls
  • Own the internal database, be responsible for keeping the database updated
  • Support data analysis and quality assurance of internal regular reporting activities
  • Collect data on various aspects of TB business from Sberbank Europe Group’s banks and consolidate these
  • Collect information for onboarding process (KYC/ Due diligence issues)
  • Collects data on all aspects of Transaction Banking business from all of Sberbank Europe Group’s banks and consolidates these; proposes (on the basis of these data) measures to render the Group’s TB business more efficient / exploit synergies
  • Prepares presentations of Transaction Banking business (both in-house and external)

Your Profile

  • Active student at a university or a business school with relevant economic background (enrollment during the whole period of internship)
  • Basic knowledge or first working experience in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical thinking with very good communication skills, taking initiative, customer orientated solution seeker
  • Accurate and self-responsible, motivated by challenges
  • Flexible, open minded and team oriented personality
  • Organized person with a built up sense for urgency
  • English proficiency required, German or additional CEE language(s) beneficial
  • Excellent Excel skills, able to deal with big data sheets

We offer you an internship on a part-time basis with a minimum monthly gross salary of EUR 1.957,71 (on full-time basis). The position can be filed as soon as possible.
