Tech Talent Acquisition Partner (Sports Entertainment)

Since 2001, we have occupied a unique position at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries; providing sports federations, news media, consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business.

The People Services department provide the necessary support and incentives for employees, handling employee contracts, recruitment, training and development, as well as reporting and other functions.  Within the People department the following teams can be found:

  • Talent Acquisition – overseeing and assisting in the hiring process of new employees

  • People Development - responsible for ensuring the development of our current employees

  • People Systems - working with system and data-related tasks

  • People Partnering – supports our local managers with all people related items.

Sportradar is currently entering an era of exciting business growth and, as such, we are hiring a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner who will define and execute our hiring strategy and expansion of our Sports Entertainment division. Our Talent Acquisition team is a fun, global and diverse multilingual group of recruiters who are passionate about attracting and hiring the right people for a fast-growing global business. Our source code is Talent, is yours?



  • Become the trusted TA Business Partner for our Sports Entertainment division (which is split across a number of EMEA locations)
  • Responsible for nurturing the relationship & engagement with Sports Entertainment’s senior leadership & local leadership
  • Hands on delivery-focused hiring (across Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Security Engineering etc)
  • Localised process implementation and hiring team training
  • Building a data driven approach to recruiting and aligning this globally
  • Managing local Employer Branding initiatives



  • You must be an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a track record of working with senior level stakeholders internally
  • Track record of hiring at all levels across Software Engineering
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent ability to organise and prioritise tasks, and most importantly positive attitude and high energy!
  • Culturally sensitive and aware—we’re proudly multinational and our strength comes from the ability to leverage this diversity
  • Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management
