Teamlead Workplace Management (f/m/d)
You’ll connect with the role if you enjoy…
- being the first point of contact for all ‘office matters’ and administrative questions for ecosians around the world.
- leading the office management team and giving advice and support to set up your team perfectly.
- defining the KPIs and OKRs of your team and being able to track them.
- continuously improving and developing our administrative processes regarding travel management, postal management, event management, etc.
- working as a close interface to HR and IT to drive all office topics forward and bring them up to date.
- updating our hybrid work setting (a mixture of office and home office will stay with us).
- being responsible for the workplace management for all our subsidiaries and supporting them with ideas regarding shared workspaces, open workspaces, etc.
- taking responsibility for the search, implementation and ongoing configuration of new tools to make workflows smoother.

- a relevant university degree and professional experience in a leadership position. MUST HAVE!
- been there and done that! – You have proven experience in a similar role. MUST HAVE!
- a dynamic & strategic mindset to meet all our growth targets. MUST HAVE!
- the ability to understand and unite the needs of the company and the team. MUST HAVE!
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. MUST HAVE!

The minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement is 52.500€/year. Starting salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
