WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

We are looking to hire a Systems Operations Manager to be the first one, in our Revenue Operations team to ensure all systems and operations perform correctly and to advance the tech stack to accelerate growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space!

AMONG OTHER THINGS, YOU

  • Ensure marketing, sales and customer success tech stack complements the organisation growth goals.
  • Researching, testing and implementing new technology solutions to keep PlanRadar at the cutting edge of growing into the Construction & Real Estate industry.
  • Automate processes for all PlanRadar growth teams to ensure an efficient, scalable go-to-market approach.
  • On-going support of existing programmes and infrastructure, where full automation is not possible or required.
  • Set up of data structures and tracking to gain the optimal insights into marketing, sales and customer success data i.e. lead scoring, conversion tracking.
  • Ensure data integrity through ongoing review of all marketing, sales and customer success systems, including but not limited to CRM, marketing automation, sales outreach platforms
  • Administering user accounts across all internally used systems/software.
  • Onboarding and training employees on new implemented technologies
  • Matrix interface between marketing, sales, customer success teams and IT

WHO YOU ARE

  • Professional economic or technical education
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with a focus on sales and marketing automation and e-mail marketing in the B2B SaaS environment
  • Know-how in content and technical support of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot)
  • High level of initiative and independent working style
  • Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English

The annual gross base salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 43,400.- to € 56,000.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
