AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a:
Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d)
Professional Skills
- Commercial Education Background required, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Economics preferred
- 3-5 years Working Experience in Supply Chain Environment (Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage)
- Comprehensive understanding of SCM relationships, methods and planning tools
- Experienced user in ERP (preferably Navision)
- Well developed and proven collaboration, organization and communication skills
- Experience in Office 365 is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
Ready for an ambitious job?
- You are responsible for ensuring supply to Austrian and international customers
- You perform purchasing and export activities in line with process, legal and company requirements
- You manage item and order data in various systems and supporting tools
- You collect, review and challenge monthly rolling forecast and replenishment
Like to take accountability?
- You take care of demand planning of APIs and FP manufacturing based on forecast of our country managers
- You manage and monitor stock levels at AOP distributors globally
- You manage SCM related data in the ERP system (currently Navision)
- You support the future of AOP with active participation and contribution
Able to align?
- You enjoy managing information flow to and from internal interfaces, mainly Finance and Quality
- As the contact point for local authorities you report and manage supply chain issues including e.g. import licenses as well as import and transit declarations
- You handle customer complaints and quality deviations in cooperation with Quality Assurance and the QP
- You manage intercompany business

The gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of € 2.500.- based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
