Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d)

Professional Skills

  • Commercial Education Background required, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Economics preferred
  • 3-5 years Working Experience in Supply Chain Environment (Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage)
  • Comprehensive understanding of SCM relationships, methods and planning tools
  • Experienced user in ERP (preferably Navision)
  • Well developed and proven collaboration, organization and communication skills
  • Experience in Office 365 is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English

  • You are responsible for ensuring supply to Austrian and international customers
  • You perform purchasing and export activities in line with process, legal and company requirements
  • You manage item and order data in various systems and supporting tools
  • You collect, review and challenge monthly rolling forecast and replenishment

Like to take accountability?

  • You take care of demand planning of APIs and FP manufacturing based on forecast of our country managers
  • You manage and monitor stock levels at AOP distributors globally
  • You manage SCM related data in the ERP system (currently Navision)
  • You support the future of AOP with active participation and contribution

Able to align?

  • You enjoy managing information flow to and from internal interfaces, mainly Finance and Quality
  • As the contact point for local authorities you report and manage supply chain issues including e.g. import licenses as well as import and transit declarations
  • You handle customer complaints and quality deviations in cooperation with Quality Assurance and the QP
  • You manage intercompany business

The gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of € 2.500.- based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
