The EDWH Service team is responsible to manage the service and operations of Enterprise Data Warehouse in the Group Data and Platform division. The goals are to deliver service with high quality, define and execute the new releases or projects’ go live activities, offer first and second level support for productive topics and issues. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Student Support (f/m/x).

What you can expect:

• Support the continuous improvement on internal tools and processes
• Support internal analysis tasks and exercises
• Help us develop various reports in PowerBI and in Excel, which will be used by our technical experts, management and our internal consumers
• Support controlling processes with creation and update of demand and release management reports

What you bring to the table: 

• Currently pursuing a University degree in business administration, IT Management or similar
• Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Power Point, Word), SharePoint & JIRA an advantage
• Previous experience with VBA, SQL and PowerQuery is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik…) is appreciated
• High level of initiative and perseverance
• Strong in written and oral communication
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Ability to work in a team
