Specialist Corporate Responsibility (f/m)

Tasks that await me

  • Overseeing and developing CR projects in the supply chain for food products with a focus on deforestation and/or human rights
  • Independently consulting the Buying teams and suppliers in implementing social and environmental standards
  • Working closely with and advising the national business entities concerning the implementation and development of our CR requirements
  • Collaborating and communicating with external partners
  • Contributing to the development of international requirements
  • Annually recording and checking KPIs
  • Creating concept papers, analyses, reports and presentations

My qualifications

  • A degree that is ideally related to Corporate Responsibility
  • Initial work experience in agricultural supply chains with a relation to sustainability is desirable
  • Experience in the areas of deforestation, human rights, sustainability standards and/or sustainable growing of agricultural commodities is advantageous
  • Experience abroad, ideally in countries where the relevant agricultural commodities are grown, e.g. soy, sugar cane
  • Intercultural sensitivity
  • Proficient PC user (especially MS Office)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork

Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 45,000.- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
