Specialist Corporate Responsibility (f/m/d)

Tasks that await me

  • Support the development, management, implementation and ongoing improvement of Corporate Responsibility projects in the non-food supply chain
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a supply chain due diligence processes, e.g. grievance mechanism
  • Support the implementation of ALDIs annual CR supplier evaluation
  • Analyse key performance indicators for supply chain projects and supplier performance, draw critical insights and present findings
  • Engage in crisis management with external stakeholders like NGOs or suppliers, communicate and support remediation of critical findings in the supply chain
  • Engage in Corporate Responsibility multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Communicate with buying teams, national ALDI CR teams and expert operational teams in Hong Kong and Bangladesh

My qualifications

  • Completed business-oriented studies with relation to Corporate Responsibility
  • Initial relevant experience in dealing with global supply chains
  • Relevant analytical skills
  • Is enthusiastic about supporting multiple and dynamic processes, projects and concepts with various stakeholders in parallel
  • Business-fluent English skills
  • Independent, reliable, structured and detail-oriented way of working
  • Process-oriented and has pronounced communication skills
  • Intercultural understanding

Attractive gross annual salary starting from EUR 45.000.-, willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
