In order to strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of
Specialist Business Support Organisation, Ocean Freight m/f/d, 40 hours/week, Location: 1020 Vienna (Position Available Immediately)

Your tasks:

  • Support the team by implementing processes for our internal Transport Management Systems and overall procedures within Austria and Cluster SEE
  • Manage, coordinate and monitor projects and project deliverables as well as you are responsible for the coordination of communication and presentation of projects towards stakeholders
  • Act as interface between our Operations Teams and our IT department to ensure business requirements
  • Develop and conduct internal trainings to ensure operational excellence
  • Are responsible for test plans and training documentation to support technology implementation
  • Analyze internal processes and implement optimization measures to improve productivity
  • Document and implement processes and standard operating procedures

Your requirements:

  • Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics compared with initial experience in Ocean Operations
  • Understanding of Ocean Freight processes
  • Knowledge of project and process management is desirable
  • Very good command of English, basic knowledge in German is an advantage
  • Ability to work with IT systems and excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Teamplayer with the ability to work independently
  • Above-average commitment, motivation and self-driven personality
  • Willingness to travel within the Cluster

The Austrian collective agreement covering the position described stipulates a minimum salary of EUR 26,153,4 (gross) per annum. An extra salary component that conforms to the current salary structure on the market will also be offered in line with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
