Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identification, initiation and coordination of improvement projects in the production environment;
• Change control management;
• Proactive stakeholder and project management of parallel projects;
• Close collaboration with expert teams and store floor personnel to identify potential improvement & troubleshooting;
• Lead detailed Root Cause Investigation process using investigation tools and methodology;
• Participate to the writing of technical documents (i.e. risk analysis) defined in the projects;
• Prepare, support and follow-up of Health authority and internal inspections and provide support to teams during technology transfer.

Qualifikationen
What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential:
• Education: University degree (MSc.) in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Process Engineering or equivalent degree;
• Experience: at least 3 years of expertise in the pharmaceutical industry desirable preferably in a biopharmaceutical production unit;
• Proficiency in English, communicative level of German.

Desirable requirements:
• Experience in the production environment;
• Communicative, team player, cross-functional & solution-oriented, presentation skills.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 52,204.04 / year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
