Senior Manager – Talent Management

Our Global Talent Management department is looking for a Senior Manager to increase Red Bulls capability to give people wings by finding and keeping the right people. The purpose of this role is to give people wings by designing and executing innovative talent management and development initiatives globally, that not only rival what’s available externally but are better. This critical senior role is responsible for making an impact both internally and externally by using scientific research to develop and manage products that inspire and support people to achieve peak performance.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

Own Performance Management


In 2019 the talent team found no tools on the market that were truly designed to improve the performance of people. Given this they built their own tool that helps people and their managers increase performance and development. In this role you´ll be responsible for the ongoing success of performance management at Red Bull. Key focus areas will be to drive the activation of this tool in collaboration with the business and HR globally but also to ensure a premium user experience working closely together with IT and HRIS.


Product Validation


In this role you´ll be responsible for analyzing current talent tools and to understand performance. You´ll provide an assessment concerning the validity of the tools and make suggestions that help with design for the upcoming tools to ensure and prove success.


Wingfinder Partnerships


Wingfinder is a key tool for Red Bull that gives people wings. Individuals learn about their strengths and how to develop them so they can perform at their best and companies use the tool to hire and develop the best talent for their organization. In this role you will take the lead on driving usage externally. You will build a strategy and partnerships plan, gain buy in from key internal stakeholders and then focus on building and managing external partners to drive usage.


Talent Consulting


You´ll be responsible for discovering opportunities, assessing needs, influencing key stakeholders, designing, building and executing talent management initiatives underpinned by latest research and insights that build talent performance. You´ll collaborate and influence stakeholders across the business and support Area HR to drive adoption on all talent management practices, initiatives, processes and tools.


Business Consulting


You´ll not only consult with global departments to assess talent management and development needs but also partner with them to design programs, tools and interventions that build capabilities. You´ll advise and work with them to increase the impact of their existing initiatives.


Training Facilitation


Delivering Red Bull’s flagship people management programs globally to all levels in a way that inspires and develops our leaders to lead and manage in the Red Bull way will be an important part of your role.



Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Talent Management at a global or regional level
  • 7+ years´ experience consulting and developing products across the talent management scope: performance, engagement, development, training etc.
  • Background of designing and rolling out innovative talent management & development initiatives
  • Strong analytical ability combined with experience in the assessment of psychological assessment tools
  • Expert in organisational psychology and human behaviour.
  • Ideally experience as an external consultant in Talent Management or HR
  • Proven record of facilitation of development programs to people managers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, locally and internationally
  • University Degree in related discipline (e.g.: Psychology, HR, Organisational Development)
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Travel up to 25%

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
