Senior Group Regulatory Transformation Manager Data & Processes (f/m/x)

The Group Regulatory Transformation department contributes to the successful and efficient implementation of initiatives to adequately meet the expectations of the authorities.

Since effective management and optimization of regulatory data and processes becomes increasingly relevant, we are looking for a Senior Group Regulatory Transformation Manager with a strong background in data to support us in achieving our ambitious goals:

What you can expect:

  • Work on streamlining regulatory reporting processes having a look at relevant data flows in dedicated projects
  • Be an integral part of Group Regulatory Affairs and Data Governance’s strong focus on automating its current portfolio of regulatory reporting processes
  • Be a member of a fully agile/adaptive cross-functional collocated project team being responsible for completing user stories and sub-tasks
  • Be challenged and deal with the requirements of a fast moving and volatile regulatory environment

What you bring to the table:

  • University degree or similar with IT/data management background
  • Highly self-motivated team-player open for new challenges
  • Strong analytical skills, structured and organized
  • Excellent data processing skills
  • Strong skills in Java, Spring framework, SQL, Angular 8.x or higher required
  • Database knowledge of Oracle and/or Teradata
  • Nice to haves are experience with GIT, Tomcat, Linux
  • Past exposure to process optimization projects certainly a plus
  • Sets priorities effectively having a strong focus on problem-solving/output
  • Very good intercultural communication skills
  • Full proficiency of English language, the command of German and/or a CEE/CIS language certainly is an advantage
