Job Overview

We are looking for an outgoing communications expert to join our Corporate Communications Team based in Salzburg to support our journey on further growing as the leader in Digital Dentistry. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely but frequent travels to Salzburg is essential.

Senior Corporate Communications Manager (m/w/d)


  • Own, develop and extend the global media relations
  • Support strategic corporate goals by targeted positioning of our content
  • Organize press conferences and events that leave a lasting positive impression (both virtual and on site)
  • Lead holistic communication projects (and take responsibility for budget and people)
  • Advising and supporting the global leadership team on media relations, including shaping, coordinating and delivering media and online messages in a timely and effective manner
  • Developing and implementing through employment of modern communications tools an Dentsply Sirona-wide communication strategy to promote and raise awareness of our work and products
  • Managing the work, and developing the skills, of the Communication and Media Relations section ensuring that its work is delivered through a full mix of modern and innovative communications approaches, in a timely fashion and in accordance with communication industry best practices, while maintaining accountability and measurable results
  • Performing other relevant duties as assigned


  • Avid communicator with holistic view (both for internal and external communication measures)
  • Proven progressively responsible professional experience and bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing or similar qualification
  • Personality that can keep many balls in the air and has strong project management skills
  • Don´t be hesitant to step on stage, take the microphone and host events in a charming manner (both virtual and on site)
  • Ideally agency and/or international corporate experience (ideally 10 years)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with a large variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities
  • Computer literate with practical experience with Microsoft applications.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (C2)
