As Senior Voice of Customer Analyst you are the data and process steward of our Employee Experience (EX) and Customer experience (CX) teams. You collect, aggregate and analyze data to facilitate continuous improvement which leads to the best possible employee and customer experience.

Together with your colleagues in both the EU and the US you will drive change within the company by bringing the voice of the customer into everything we do at woom.

Your mission

  • Deliver thorough analysis of customer feedback, journeys and pain points using leading methodologies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to developprioritizetrack project goals and develop reports or dashboards to track these goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop standardized reporting and change management processes among our customer and employee experience metrics
  • Conduct monthly reviews on customer survey results and customer metrics with key stakeholders
  • Development of surveys, analysis, and suggestions for continuous improvements
  • Stay up to date on industry and customer trends and implement best-in-class practices
  • Tell the story of the voice of customer through data analysis and reporting, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend key opportunities for improvement

Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of project management and data analysis experience
  • Excellent language skills in English, German skills would be a bonus
  • Very good command of Excel and Powerpoint, Power BI skills preferred
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • A “Customers-first” mentality to help drive the best customer and employee experience
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment and manage multiple priorities

Who we are

We develop and produce children’s bicycles for customers in more than 30 countries. Our goal is to build the best children’s bicycles and spread the enthusiasm for cycling.

We are an international, multicultural team with more than 10 nationalities. In our cool office space you sit in the midst of your team to facilitate direct communication. For the times where you need a little more peace, there is enough secluded room as well as the possibility to work from home. At our regular 12 o’clock presentations, you can (currently remotely) get a good picture of the tasks of the other departments, and maybe you will soon be able to give an update on your new projects 😉

With more than 140 employees, it can be difficult to maintain the start-up atmosphere, which is why we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and comprehensive onboarding.

Benefits

As a future woomster, we offer you a negotiable gross monthly salary starting from EUR 3.600,00. Of course, we consider your individual qualification and experience and are open for an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
