THE POSITION

We are currently seeking for a S&OP Specialist, who support our Animal Health Commercial team in Vienna as soon as possible.
Please note that this is opening is a maternity replacement and is limited to 2 years.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate sales and operation planning process and forecast related activities within the region
  • Building strong relationships with internal customers while focusing on covering routine supply, launches and transfers including the optimization of all processes
  • Review on a continuous basis the degree to which S&OP processes are completed and analyse continuous improvement of all processes from regional hub to customers
  • Prepare analysis, reports and statistics related to Demand Planning and forecasting function
  • Ensure logistics preparation and execution in preparation of launch and change implementation
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in B.A. or economics with focusing in logistics/supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge in Customer Service and Order Management, especially knowledge of commercial activities & processes (OTC products), broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain, P&L understanding advantageous
  • Verbal and written fluency in English
  • Profound MS Office skills, especially Excel (analytics & mass data processing) and SAP
  • Strong communication skills, effective negotiator with excellent presentation skills

For this position we offer an interesting salary package considering your expertise and personal competencies as well as your professional experience. We are obliged by law to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which amounts to € 37,756.32 gross per year (full-time) for this position, whereby an overpayment is possible.
