Sales Manager for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland

What is the job all about?

You will be responsible to find new business partners, and maintain the business in the Slovak, Czech and Polish Markets. The position is a first-line business role – you will do market research, find customer contacts, sell, and eventually build a strong position in the market. You will guide purchasing process, make products price recommendations and buying/selling decisions.

As a part of our team, you will be able to wear different hats and have the opportunity to help the company grow and shape its future. The only limit is your drive, commitment, and imagination.

  • You have outstanding communication and negotiation skill and 2 years minimum experience in sales
  • You are comfortable working with people and can deliver 1st class customer satisfaction
  • You are a natural leader, and you can make decisions independently
  • You can travel up to 30%
  • You have business level English and at least one of the following languages: Czech, Slovak and Polish
  • You are computer literate with experience in CRM and email systems
  • Your have work-related experience in czech, slovak and polish markets

According to Austrian collective agreements the minimum salary for this role is EUR 1.848,00 per month. However, we are offering a competitive market salary (fix + uncapped commission) based on your skills and experience level.
