Sales & Business Development Manager
(m/w/d, full-time)

Your Responsibilities

  • Working closely with customers to execute all facets of the customer relationship, developing and expanding our reach in our Key markets eg. Transportation/Fuel and Lubes, Performance Coatings or Healthcare.
  • The specific focus of the role includes a high degree of prospecting for new accounts, developing relationships with multiple positions within an account, a high degree of customer engagement, leading cross-functional project teams to deliver a successful growth project portfolio consistent with the overall business strategy.
  • Contribution to the EMEA and APAC sales plan, work with customers to communicate and implement key value propositions as well as employ questioning strategies to develop a deep understanding of the customers’ needs and wants and uncover elements of value Vertellus can provide.

Your Profile

  • Degree in chemistry or similar or business administration with a strong professional experience in an related industrial environment (e.g. Chemical Industry, etc.)
  • Committed, proactive and communicative personality with a strong focus on results, customer needs and customer experience as well as account management and product development
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a focus on customer needs within the corporate values of Vertellus.
  • Excellent communication skills & Cultural understanding of EMEA and APAC region and within Vertellus stakeholders
  • Business fluent English skills, additional languages are welcome, e.g. German, French, Mandarin or Spanish

For this position we offer a gross annual salary starting from € 75.000,– (on a full-time basis and according to the collective bargaining agreement of the Austrian chemical industry), overpayment in line with the market with appropriate qualifications and experience and an extensive package of benefits.
