The Business Unit „New Technologies“ focuses on the development and distribution of proprietary products as alternatives to chemical-synthetic products, thus serving conventional and organic agriculture.

To expand our repellent business outside of Europe, precisely in North America; we are looking for an ambitious and experienced


Biological Deer Repellents

Your tasks:
  • Support and implement a long term profitable sales and go-to-market strategy in alignment with the overall sales strategy of the Business Unit
  • Ensure a successful market entry in NORAM with a leading biological deer repellent in forestry and home & garden in conjunction with Marketing, Supply, Finance and Legal including a in-depth risk assessment and risk mitigation plan
  • Lead and co-ordinate cross-functional project teams, identify new distribution partners and further develop existing customer relationships in alignment with the Global Sales Manager Repellents
  • Be single contact point for all customer requests
  • Manage and follow up order process
  • Conduct sales trainings with support of product and technical marketing on a regular basis
  • Set up and lead local demand creation in North America
  • Implement and communicate all Marketing activities defined for the area of responsibility, including the participation in relevant fairs and exhibitions
  • Responsible for financial forecasts in alignment with the Global Sales Manager Repellents
  • Responsible for order planning and management on SKU basis
  • Provide regular reporting about results / KPI
  • Evaluate additional markets outside Europe for the repellent segment
Your skills:
  • Relevant degree in forestry sciences with commercial background or in business administration with experience in forestry area
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in sales, working in or with North America
  • Good knowledge of the North American agriculture, forestry or home & garden market
  • Sound understanding of the distribution channels in North America
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong business acumen with “Hands on” mentality
  • Very good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Perfect command of English, knowledge of German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to NORAM more than 50%
Our offer:
  • Gross yearly salary of at least € 60.000,-
  • Willingness to overpay, depending on your professional qualifications and experience
  • Position based in Vienna, Austria
  • Further develop the expansion of a successful product category to North America and other regions
