About the opportunity & your mission:
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements for our business-critical applications. We are looking for a communicative and thorough person who enjoys actively shaping the company’s solutions in communication with all departments of the company. The ideal candidate should have a technical understanding, be able to write down requirements and support the development team in realising the solution.

You will be trusted with:

– Defining the product requirements based on inputs from business units.
– Analyse workflows and use cases for our software projects.
– Create solution proposals with end-to-end responsibility.
– Driving the projects and communicate with the stakeholders.
– Support development of professional software in an agile team.
– Design and maintain the product roadmap for further development of the application landscape.
– Promote knowledge exchange between product management, business and development departments

– Work in an international and interdisciplinary team.
Desired Skills:
– 3+ years working experience as Business analyst, Requirements engineer, Product Owner or similar position.
– Solution-orientation, strong analytical and conceptual skills.
– Practical experience in agile software development (SCRUM/KANBAN).
– Strong communication skills and proactivity.
– Business fluency in English is required, German is an advantage.
– Experience with Atlassian Confluence & Jira is beneficial.
