Our Development & Sourcing team is looking for a Quality Manager Risks & Processes.

In this role you’ll secure all legal product requirements, safety aspects and manage necessary escalations. You’ll also support the QM team in all aspects concerning quality processes and their implementation.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:



As our new Quality Manager you’ll create and foster the awareness for all critical quality issues within the company. You’ll observe and ensure all quality specifications according to country law requirements. You’ll also make sure all testing and preparation efforts are on the highest possible level to secure the legal product requirements.




In this role you’ll define, document and maintain all quality requirements and ensure its access to all employees. You’ll also make sure that there are processes in place to drive escalation scenarios, claims as well as transparency and awareness.



Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 5 – 8 years of experience in a quality management position
  • Lead projects in quality assurance, especially in product development
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers in Europe and Asia
  • Advanded knowledge of international legal requirements
  • Experienced in negotiating claims, analytical mindset
  • Advanced MS office (excel & PPT) knowledge, Adobe Illustrator is a plus
  • Studies in textile and/or fashion business with focus on quality compliance topics OR studies in quality management with focus on textile business
  • Fluent in English, German is considered a plus
  • Travel up to 10%
