OPERATIONS GRADUATE
We want our Operations Graduates to become our future specialists and managers with a broad cross-functional understanding and mindset. Therefore, you’ll get the opportunity to work in different roles and on multiple challenges within Operations throughout your assignment.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this role you’ll manage and coordinate cross-functional projects within Operations to ensure project health and successful implementation of requested solutions. You’ll derive, allocate and track deliverables, work packages and overall project progress.
PROJECT & PROCESS MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY
The support of conceptional and structural process changes and improvements is an important part in this role.
Hereby, you’ll support and steer projects by choosing project and process management methods and tools to drive the anticipated change and foster stakeholder commitment to achieve the defined target.
REQUIREMENT DEFINITION & SOLUTION DESIGN
With your project and process management knowledge you’ll act as objective and neutral perspective to avoid isolated or stand-alone solutions and support end-to-end integration. You’ll challenge and facilitate necessity, scope and target of the process (together with project stakeholder) to achieve commitment of the steering committee.
BUSINESS PROJECT: FOCUS PRODUCTION
In this Graduate position you will take over the responsibility of your own business project together with our Production & Technology department.
You’ll take over the coordination and alignment of business needs, considering interfaces to other departments within Operations (Innovation, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality Management) and Information Technology.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- Entry level experience with project & process management methods and approach
- End-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred, focus on production environment beneficial
- System & technology comprehension
- Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative
- Team player
- Bachelor or Master degree with focus on supply chain management, operations management or food/beverage technology
- Fluent in English, German is considered a plus
- Travel up to 10%
