Project Assistant (f/m)
Tasks that await me
- Support in the planning, implementation and optimisation of international projects
- Complete of organizational and administrative tasks
- Communicate with global internal and external stakeholders
- Creation of concepts and development of solutions for the handling of different projects
- Overall coordination with the purchasing teams
- Prepare presentation documents
- Cooperate with the management, buyers and departments
- Control of external consultants and development partners
- Support with research
My qualifications
- Completed business-oriented studies or commercial apprenticeship
- Initial work experience in the field of Project Management
- SAP Ariba or SAP HANA knoweledge is an advantage
- Experienced handling of the PC (especially MS-Office tools)
- Very Good knowledge in English
- Organised, structured and independent way of working
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking ability

Remuneration
Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 35.000- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
