Your mission
In this role, you will join the performance marketing team and be responsible for the implementation, management and optimisation of programmatic and display campaigns across multiple markets. You should be well-versed in the principles of media buying and programmatic advertising, as well as possess a very strong, results-oriented mindset. You must also be analytical and good with numbers.
Your focus will be to drive performance campaigns from planning to execution and beyond, in order to reach our customer growth goals and have the highest possible return on ad spending (ROAS).

Your focus

    • Steer and optimise various programmatic and display media campaigns across multiple markets in order to scale user acquisition initiatives
    • Optimise campaign budgets to minimise the Cost Per Acquisition and efficiently scale to new customers
    • Support in setting up performance strategies and workflow for the department, together with the Performance Marketing Lead
    • Regularly provide ROI-driving insights and recommendations for programmatic and display campaigns
    • Manage display and native ad integrations and find creative ad units that combine volume with cost efficiency
    • Identify new user acquisition platforms or opportunities and make new campaign suggestions based on the findings

Why you

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience with digital campaign management in programmatic media, focusing on user acquisition
    • Knowledge of DSP capabilities, programmatic execution, verification vendors and data partners
    • Proficiency in successfully managing moderate to large scale programmatic and display campaigns in a variety of different business verticals and achieving performance goals
    • Experience with lead and sale generation campaigns
    • Working knowledge of DCM, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics is a plus
    • High deductive reasoning skills. You have the ability to problem solve and think creatively to overcome obstacles
    • You are detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills
    • You are self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
