Job Description

We are currently looking for a Product Support Assistant for our newly created Global Project Team Scaffolding in our Headquarter. This position gives the successful candidate a chance to make this role their own by providing high level support to the Global Project Manager and its team. We are looking for a hands on, efficient person who is always one step ahead. This position should ideally be in Austria but flexible for other locations.

Key responsibilities in your position include:

  • Process responsibility and implementation of new articles – internal and external coordination
  • Coordination of documents for the go2market process, this includes review, revision and translation of documents
  • Support with training and training administration
  • Providing administrative support for meetings and workshops
  • Creating professional presentations and general documents
  • Assisting with general administration and maintenance

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification and experience in Product Management or Business Administration
  • First experience with Scaffolding
  • Strong proficiency in all MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, and communication tools
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English, additional language skills is a plus
  • Very good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Reliable and confident team player with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a discrete manner
  • Quick learner and have the ability to think outside the box and find solutions

Additional Information

The position is classified as group III according to the collective agreement of the wood-processing industry. That would mean a minimum wage of EUR 2.070,41. There would be extra payments if your qualification and relevant working experience allow for them.
