Job Overview
We’re looking for a Product Compliance Professional to strengthen our Global Innovation Department located at the international Red Bull Headquarter in Fuschl am See, Austria.
In this position you’ll be responsible for product safety and compliance. Also, to minimize potential compliance risks and ensures products and suppliers meet relevant regulations and industry standards in accordance with our regulatory and labelling requirements. Therefore, an important part of this role is to review, analyse, and maintain product and supplier information regarding to regulatory compliance requirements. General support of product development activities regarding compliance will be included in this role. Additionally, support the Product Innovation Team to design, implement and monitor compliance processes.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Create and check product data for finished products obtaining the status “ready for implementation”.
Work with the product development team to ensure product compliance aspects within the development stage/process.
Support the team in creation and maintenance of the corresponding master data as well as in preparing data to be forwarded to the production related departments.
Monitor the overall product compliance in regards regulatory requirements, such as global or regional reports.
PROCESS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Develop and continuously improve process to ensure product compliance and mitigate risk.
Advise project teams on subjects such as premarket regulatory requirements, labelling requirements, or other product compliance topics.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the food industry (or related area in terms of regulatory / analytical area)
- Knowledge of food chemistry, nutrition & food law
- Experience in project management and master/recipe management systems
- Logical, analytical and structured way of working
- Technical understanding and creativity
- Enthusiastic, flexible, resilient and strong in communication
- Degree in food chemistry, food technology, nutritional science or equivalent with relevant experience
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. German is a plus.
