Do you want to enhance and continuously develop Red Bull’s procurement processes and systems? Do you want to work in close collaboration with procurement colleagues, stakeholders from other departments and subsidiaries?
In this challenging position as Procurement Service Specialist you’ll do so by managing and supporting procurement internal as well as cross-functional projects. Furthermore, you’ll make sure to optimize and ensure the best integration of procurement processes, IT systems, standards and tools.

DIGITALIZATION & SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Drive efforts to optimize IT interfaces, improve system integration as well as data quality
Identify opportunities to streamline or automate existing processes and collaborate with internal functions to identify the best solution
Manage ongoing data expansion and system integration needs to improve workflow performance and enable data analysis and reporting
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Initiate, manage and contribute to Procurement internal, cross-functional and IT projects
Use and share project management methodology and act as project lead or coach
Ensure proper documentation of projects, project results and of new or changed workflows (SOP)
Maintain and share project related reporting
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Promote process orientation, expertise and mindset
Develop and offer best practice tools and templates for procurement activities
Update and enhance our procurement process landscape
KNOWLEDGE SHARING
Collect and share cross-functional expertise with neighbouring functions
Implement supporting tools and best practices to facilitate procurement activities
Identify and manage knowledge gaps
Develop and offer best practice tools and templates for local procurement
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- 2-5 years’ experience in managing process improvements and IT System-related projects
- Knowledge of project and process management methods and tools
- Proven skills in project & requirements management and a basic understanding of ERP Systems
- General understanding of procurement processes, ideally in the FMCG industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience in SAP MM and other procurement systems are a plus
- High level of personal energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Effective problem-solving skills and strong analytical & conceptual skills
- Entrepreneurial and networked thinking as well as goal and result-oriented work
- Team Player who likes presenting and moderating
- Degree (FH / University) in business administration, IT, technology, project/process management
- Business fluent in English, German is considered a plus
- Travel up to 10%
