Portfolio & Launch Manager (f/m/d) – part-time (50%), 1 year temporary contract, Sandoz Commercial Operations, Vienna, Austria

No 1! That is Sandoz on the Austrian Generic market with products “Made in Austria”. As Portfolio & Launch Manager (f/m/d), you will be a driving the Sandoz Portfolio selection and Launch management activities on a country level. Apply now to become a part of our dynamic team!

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Driving local portfolio decisions and new product launches for the Sandoz division
• Conduct Sandoz portfolio assessments on defined products and lead the communication with the local functions and regional /cluster management
• Support the coordination of the recurring portfolio and launch decision board meetings
• Responsible for the cross-functional launch project coordination within selected therapeutic areas (Cardio-Vascular-Metabolic, Oncology, Neurology), nationally and with the regional / cluster management
• Support development of business cases (such as “launch at risk evaluations”)
• Support launch performance reporting to regional / cluster management

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a project management or launch management role in the pharmaceutical industry
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, pharmacy, biology etc.)
• Business acumen (P&L, margin calculation), experience in building business cases
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong presentation skills

Desirable requirements:
• Natural science or medical background is a plus
• Previous consulting experience would be beneficial, however is not mandatory

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 52,204.04/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
