Personal Assistant Global Sourcing (f/m)

Tasks that await me

  • Reliably managing general agendas for the Group Director of Global Sourcing
  • Organising appointments and business trips, as well as preparing for and following up on international meetings and workshops
  • Independent correspondence with national and international colleagues and external partners in German and English
  • Researching information as the basis for decisions, as well as the creation and preparation of presentations
  • Performing specific tasks with maintaining the necessary confidentiality

My qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, university entrance qualification or ideally a university degree
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of management assistance and in an international company
  • Sound experience in using a PC (especially MS Office)
  • Business fluent in English
  • Reliable, structured and independent method of working
  • Very good communication skills and a high degree of diligence
