As our Operations Analytics Trainee, you’ll be part of our Data Management & Analytics as well as Program Management department in rotation. In this role, understanding cross-functional requirements you will develop analytical solutions as well as strengthen your skills in project management.

OPERATIONS GRADUATE
We want our Operations Graduates to become our future specialists and managers with a broad cross-functional understanding and mindset. Therefore, you’ll get the opportunity to work in different roles and on multiple challenges within Operations throughout your assignment.
BUSINESS PROJECT: SOLUTION CREATION
In this Graduate position your focus project will be to create a standard dashboard solution on various operational topics for colleagues located worldwide. Furthermore, you’ll get the opportunity to train your colleagues on the new development.
ANALYSING DATA
You’ll join a team of data experts and support the development of the BI landscape – from data integration, reporting, data visualization to analytics. You’ll collect cross-functional requirements, analyse business output and create scenarios. You’ll drive the creation of a “data community” within Operations to bring Operations analysts from different countries closer.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
You’ll coordinate program tasks and program workstreams and cross-functional projects within the workstreams. You’ll derive and track program deliverables, workstreams and overall program progress. Additionally, you’ll support the program manager in program management work, workshop preparation and program documentation.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- Studies or first experience in Operations or Supply Chain Management
- Analytical and process understanding
- First experience with reporting or dashboarding applications
- Good knowledge in MS Office tools
- Knowledge in any other tool such as SAP ERP, SAP Analytics Cloud, R or Python is beneficial
- University degree with focus on business administration or supply chain management
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Travel up to 10%
