Job Summary


We are looking for a goal driven, dynamic and eager to learn person to join our OpRisk and ICS team. This is a chance for you to learn from the very beginning all tasks and projects connected with Management of operational Risks and Internal control system. You will be expected to contribute from your beginning, where you will take responsibility and ownership of particular projects and tasks.


Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ownership of internal loss database, contribution to OpRisk IT application development projects
  • Run internal and regulatory reporting, initiate and lead the development of operational risk monitoring and reporting tools and data driven solutions
  • Analysis and assessment of OpRisk events, support business in definition of loss mitigation measures, quality assurance of loss data
  • Development of risk metrics for timely identification of negative trends and changes in the operational risk profile
  • Implementation of regulatory changes in the area of operational risk
  • Support in internal stakeholders communication regarding all aspects of Operational Risk and Internal control system

Your Profile

  • University degree, preferred field of studies: Economics/Risk Management/Finance or Mathematics
  • Sound understanding of banking processes
  • Understanding of risk regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work with high volume data tables, knowledge of R, Power BI is an advantage
  • Excellent English knowledge, German language would be an advantage
  • Proactive attitude, drive and eagerness to learn
  • Flexible, open minded and team oriented personality
  • Organized person with a built up sense for urgency

Monthly gross salary starting from €2.949,02,- based on our collective bargaining agreement (for 38,5 hours/week) – additional payment according to skills and experience. The position can be filled as soon as possible and is limited (parental leave replacement).
