OPERATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/F/D)

OVERVIEW:

As Operational Account Manager, you are responsible for the operational setup, management, and development of relationships with Sportradar’s Pre-match and Live Odds customers and bookmakers. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact to key clients and internal departments and will coordinate responses and feedback to provide solutions to customer queries. The ideal candidate is someone with a solid sports trading background with exceptional communication skills and is able to work cross-functionally with multiple departments across the company.

 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Support customers throughout the product launch and customer lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain long-term consultative relationships with key Odds Service customers and ensure customers are satisfied with the products and services
  • Manage Pre-match and Live Odds presentation and hold workshops, as well as provide training to customers
  • Act as a primary point of contact to key clients; follow-up the resolution of any issues that they have; act as a key interface between the client and internal divisions; act as an escalation point
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate key customer needs on an ongoing basis and discuss/prioritize with the product unit; support product unit if needed
  • Prepare reports, status updates, and insights for stakeholders and management within the account management scope

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Must have 2+ years of trading or analytical experience with trading room management responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer/client relationships
  • Technically-savvy, ability to learn online tools quickly, and forward-thinking
  • Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills
  • Experience identifying key decision-makers and influencing executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to effectively and proactively identify and analyze problems and find appropriate solutions
  • Collaborative team player, ability to work well with others, and the confidence and integrity to earn internal team’s confidence quickly
  • Creative and inquisitive thinker, keen to further refine systems and processes
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), additional languages are highly desired
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as well as product environments, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, including word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook.

For this position, we offer an attractive salary in line with the market. For legal reasons, we are obligated to state the minimum salary of EUR 29,325.52 gross/year according to the CBA. Depending on your qualifications and experience, an overpayment can be offered.
