All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:



Within this role, you’ll develop online sales programs and provide recommendations based on market analysis, consumer research and competitive benchmarking.

Moreover, you’ll be a pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identify white space and marketing opportunities to generate online sales.




As Online Sales Manager you’ll develop specific online sales strategies by working with the digital team, marketing, and sales to maximize growth of AlphaTauri’s sales.

Thereby, you’ll closely cooperate with the digital team and other departments to plan, implement, and execute the web shops and site content.




With your excellent analytical skills, you’ll conduct ongoing detailed analyses of online sales, the market and competitor activities. Furthermore, you’ll derive insights of online sales performance based on detailed facts and figures and provide regular online sales reports to defined stakeholders.




You’ll always stay up to date with the latest products and its innovative features and provide the product team with relevant customer feedback and insights on product sales performance.



Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years’ experience in online sales within the fashion, apparel, or sports industry
  • Ability to develop and execute online sales strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experienced in SEO, SEM, SEA and tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Transparent and hands-on personality with ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. General Business, Sales Management, Marketing, or similar)
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.191 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
