Online Marketing Automation Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a great addition to our Corporate Marketing and PR team at the Vienna HQ. As an Online Marketing Automation Manager (m/f/d) you would be responsible for the tactical management of the multi-channel marketing automation campaigns.
You will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience and increase marketing effectiveness. Furthermore, you will accurately plan, lead, and execute both individual and team projects. You will be tasked not only to develop and implement campaigns but be able to help guide the creation of effective and engaging content aligned to our targeted customer journeys as well as provide input for ongoing development.
As an ideal candidate, you have the ability and eagerness to explain and educate immediate team members on how marketing automation works as well as processes and timelines required to operationalize strategies. You also enjoy carrying out researches, evaluating new technology trends, and identifying new optimization opportunities.
YOUR
TASKS
  • Brand support – Work closely with technical, graphic and copywriting teams
    as well as immediate team members to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency across all channels and in all marketing assets
  • Embrace Constant Growth – Execute intelligent multi-channel A/B testing to drive constant performance gains on open rates, engagement and conversion
  • Website (strategy, experience and content) – Work closely with other key stakeholders (Content Managers and team members, Games development and delivery teams, graphics and copywriters, Sales team, UX/UI team, B2B partners etc.) to manage website property (.com), build and execute tailored landing pages, forms and automation campaigns for promotional, lifecycle, and transactional marketing campaigns, and to further improve the end-user experience. Code and script applications, undertake routine site audits and ongoing maintenance;
  • SEO, SEM, Display and Social – Advise on the digital strategy and own the management of SEA, SEO, display advertising, social paid campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive lead acquisition, and deliver retargeting goals; Provide creative copy suggestions and ad templates; Design digital marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing Content Managers and bring value to the audience; Keep pace with search and PPC industry trends and developments; Manage the activity research and creation of large keyword lists; Monitor and evaluate search activity across major channels and improve search engine rankings;
  • CRM and ABM Support – Develop multi-touch digital strategies in alignment with demand generation and ABM efforts to engage prospects and existing customers progressing them through the funnel; Create and execute email marketing strategies using Microsoft Dynamics & Mailchimp and advise on CRM initiatives and own execution of relevant areas to establish a world-class practice across several functions;
  • Reporting & Measurement – Generate and analyze regular reporting (eg. web analytic dashboards, reports and other key reporting tools) on performance results and make recommendations for improvements (eg. structure, targeting, email, creative, landing pages, forms, spend etc.) as needed;
YOUR
PROFILE
  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing or closely related experience, in a SaaS or B2B environment would be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing digital consumer journeys and content on website platforms
  • Background in website layout/user interface maintenance using standard HTML/CSS practices, specifically WordPress
  • Holding Google Data Analytics Certification is a must
  • Proven experience in managing digital campaigns from a paid media, social, email, and web perspective
  • Understanding of common SEO strategies and ability to manage SEO & SEA marketing initiatives
  • Operational experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot/Microsoft Dynamics and Mailchimp
  • Experience in data integration from various back-end services and databases
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, German and/or Spanish would be a plus
  • Strong analytical and project management skills as well as an excellent eye for details
  • Proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
