Online Account Manager Europe

We are a Swedish company with a strong mission, to do the best we can to possibly save lives and to reduce the consequences of accidents for gravity sports athletes. We are looking to strengthen the European E-tailer team with an Online Account Manager. The position will be situated in Salzburg. Join our team and lead the development of POC’s most important online players in Europe.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic account & business planning with budget responsibility
  • Main Markets to support will be Spain, UK, Scandinavia and Benelux
  • Steer sales and marketing KPI’s and track orderbook management
  • Negotiate yearly terms & conditions as well as plan full year marketing collaboration with account’s buying and marketing department
  • Support and align with local Sales Teams and build 360° customer relationship
  • Ownership of day-to-day Account Management with high focus on branding within our E-tail network
  • Identify traffic and conversion trends by account’s channel
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with online accounts and improve delivering a high level of customer service
  • Partner with POC Brand & Marketing team to best set annual marketing targets according to brand objectives and execute Go-to-Market strategies
  • Work closely together with our European E-Tail and Digital Team, coordinate sales and advertising efforts and execution

  • Strong presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of retail sales practices & online retail marketing
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in Business English; Swedish or Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • High passion for our brand
  • Education: Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related fields.
  • Work experience:
    • Required: 1-3 years of work experience in a consumer facing role in account management, purchasing, merchandising or marketing.
    • Preferred: 3+ years of field sales or marketing experience, preferably with key accounts within the sporting goods industry or an international consumer goods company.
