Your upcoming mission:

Roche takes a customer-centric approach to provide an exceptional digital experience. We are currently seeking an Omnichannel Manager, whose focus will be the development of an omnichannel marketing approach to allow a seamless customer experience.

Interested candidates should be data-driven and have a passion for research, marketing strategy, and building marketing programs that are continuously improved through reporting and optimization. In addition, this person will be responsible for evaluating and contributing to the customer journey by working with internal teams to define, track, measure, and share best practices.

The Omnichannel Manager is also responsible for following both regulatory and Roche Pharma policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading digital marketing efforts, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sets up omnichannel approach within Roche Austria & orchestrates channels
  • Gains a deep understanding of available channels and helps integrate new channels
  • Makes sure that the omnichannel approach is well aligned with our new PPOC rolesWorks closely with marketing teams and PPOCs to co-create on the omnichannel strategy and tactics
  • Strives continuously for gaining understanding of the value of the omnichannel approach and why it helps to improve customer experience
  • Gains a deep understanding of customer channel preference
  • Is aware of CCXA content and able to turn it into value
  • Consults with internal stakeholders to understand customer engagement goals and objectives
  • Guides the development of of omnichannel marketing campaigns focused on meeting engagement goals through awareness, retention, and usage expansion
  • Effectively collaborates with peers to accomplish marketing objectives
  • Shares knowledge, collaborates, and provides support in a strong team environment


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of demonstrated, progressive experience in planning and executing marketing programs
  • Experience using a wide range of marketing tactics, including digital channels, social and traditional media and SEO/SEM
  • Has a proficient understanding of and experience in setting up omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work with the marketing & sales team to track and report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to proactively consult with various stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
  • Team player who is flexible, results- and service-oriented, with a passion for creativity and innovation
  • Experience with the Agile methodology

You can expect an annual salary starting at € 42,000 gross; the actual salary depends on your personal qualifications and experience.
