Master Data Specialist – Buying (f/m)

Tasks that await me

  • Document and prepare master data governance processes in the retail business
  • Analyse and monitor the E2E master data quality of Assortment master data (business partners, products, contracts, production facilities, etc.) globally, taking the entire system landscape into account
  • Check adherence to master data processes
  • Prepare data quality rules to be internationally coordinated and implemented in business monitoring tools by the International IT department
  • Support the Data Steward SPOC
  • Support knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders
  • Record and structure business requirements in preparation for IT implementation
  • Assume the interface function between the International Buying department and internal IT departments
  • Create reference data requests on behalf of the business teams to be implemented by the IT teams

My qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on IT
  • Initial relevant knowledge in the area of master data analysis with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance (Utopia Retail)
  • Initial knowledge of Informatica P360, SAP Information Steward or Syniti are an advantage
  • Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
  • Committed, solution- and customer-oriented and has pronounced communication skills
  • Very good team skills
  • Professional and self-confident appearance
  • International willingness to travel

Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 45,000.- for 38.5 hours/week
