The Insights Team is tasked with setting up global ad hoc market research to better understand the consumer and identify global trends as well as support the Global Business Planning and shape the Global Brand Marketing strategy. As trainee you’ll have the opportunity to gain insights into how a global brand plans its business across international markets and how it derives its Global Brand Marketing Strategy.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:



During this exciting programme you’ll learn the fundamentals and principles of market research as well as identify and deliver insights to key stakeholders in the global HQ and country branches. Furthermore, you’ll support projects for standardised global market research activities including project management, interpretation and recommendation of insights to internal stakeholders.




Another aspect of this role is to support the research project managers with data analysis and data visualisation in PowerPoint and Excel. In addition, you’ll support the quarterly reporting of consumption metrics across global key markets.

  • University Degree in Marketing, Sociology, Economy, BA, Psychology, etc.
  • Excellent English skills, German and other languages are beneficial

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
