Manager Technical Transfers (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • International project lead of intercompany, complex Biosimilar product-implementation & transfer projects (with and without development activities) and project handling in course of maintenance and product life cycle management activities with reporting line to Fresenius Kabi SwissBioSim (Eysins, Switzerland)
  • Interface function between Production Site Graz, Packaging & Logistics Center Werndorf and other stakeholders and project members like Fresenius Kabi SwissBioSim, other Fresenius Kabi Production Sites, Innovation & Development Centers, Fresenius Kabi Technology Centers, Market Units, service providers, suppliers and external contractual partners
  • Regular business travels to stakeholders
  • Management and optimization of project activities and solutions on project problems incl. Plant Graz internal processes
  • Involvement in supply chain management projects for Biosimilars (supporting the implementation of processes and systems)
  • Planning, organization and coordination of studies for process development
  • Project planning (costs/deadlines/milestone) and generation and revision of quotes incl. involvement in forecast and budget planning
  • Project controlling (costs/deadlines/milestones) incl. operational cost center responsibility and payment management
  • Support on product calculations, risk assessments, generation of contracts
  • Preparation of project and investment presentations for management meetings
  • Organization and moderation of meetings incl. project documentation

Wir erwarten

  • PhD, MSc or BSc in relevant scientific / technical discipline
  • More than 5 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry (medical devices)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or product transfer is desirable
  • Additional knowledge of project management and medical devices is preferred
  • Fluent in English and German, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to establish a trusted role with the various stakeholders in an international environment
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Performance driven with trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to cope with short term changes in project scope and -targets
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to travel internationally (20-30% of the working time)
