Manager International Compliance & Risk (f/m/d)

Tasks that await me

  • Implement and operate the compliance and risk management systems for the departments within the International Management Holding in Salzburg
  • Support an annual process to identify group wide risks and group critical processes, determining ownership and monitoring mitigation measures
  • Implement group risk, compliance, data protection, business continuity, and crisis policies, standards and procedures
  • Develop systems and controls to ensure compliance, reviewing the effectiveness of measures annually
  • Coordinate the delivery of appropriate risk, compliance, data protection, crisis and business continuity training and awareness material
  • Maintain effective awareness and understanding of compliance and risk requirements, developments and best practices

My qualifications

  • Completed academic education or equivalent
  • Several years of relevant professional experience working within the field of risk, compliance, data protection, business continuity and/or crisis management
  • Hands on project management experience and/or qualifications
  • Business fluent in English
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team with minimal supervision, exercise leadership and influence

Attractive gross annual salary starting from EUR 92,100.- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
