Logistics Manager (f/m/d)

As Logistics Manager in the AT&S’ Global Supply Chain Organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the logistics strategy from a group-wide perspective, ensuring continuous improvement of the global logistic processes and driving digital transformation in AT&S’ logistics systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop the logistics strategy and roadmap to meet future business objectives, ensure cost saving and competitive service levels
  • Build-up and manage the cross-functional global logistic team/network, boost and maintain knowledge & information sharing globally
  • Develop the cost-efficient processes for operational excellence in global logistics management
  • Global logistics partnership management, lead the selection and contracting process and maintain relationships with main external partners
  • Actively participate in digitalization activities as part of GSM, which includes supporting business planning with transparency of information and providing digital services for customers
  • Support business units and plants in logistics issues, especially in improving the efficiency of escalation channels for troubleshooting
  • Manage and improve the efficiency of the global network of 3PLs

Your Profile

  • BA or MA degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar field
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in Supply Chain in an international manufacturing company (preferably semicon industry)
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a leadership or coordinating role of an intercultural and/or multi-geographical team
  • A structured, result-oriented and self-driven work style with willingness to take ownership
  • Culturally sensible and flexible communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full written and oral English proficiency

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 65,000- Euro.
