Logistic Specialist / Supply Chain – Fulltime / Vollzeit (m/w)

LRS TRADING GMBH (Vienna office) is a subsidiary company of M&F Group Salzburg. LRS TRADING GMBH is a professional supply Chain management company, which specializes in the supply chain process, import & export as well as general logistics.

M&F Group Salzburg is the exclusive network partner of TENNANT and is responsible for all sales, customer service and logistics operation.

About the position:

You will have the opportunity to learn and improve your knowledge of logistics, including sea freight, rail and truck transport.
Tracking shipments and daily operation
Providing feedback and reports to logistic customers
Preparation of documentation, including transport orders, sea freight booking, ocean freight BLs, trucking PODs, transport insurance, etc.
Price inquiries with various logistic subcontractors and preparing offers for our customers
In addition, the position entails supporting the trading department, focusing on import of various tools and hardware.
Contacting suppliers in Asia, and overseeing the supply chain process

Skills you need:

Education preferably in Business administration or logistics
Work experience in supply chain / logistics (truck dispatch) preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Affinity for teamwork as well as structured way of thinking and documenting
Excellent English skills, East European Languages preferred (Polish, Slovakian)
Good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
Driving Licence

The position is fulltime, 40h/ week.

Working place: next to Gasometer U3 station.

The salary will be based on the Collective Agreement, € 26.000 gross per year

Work experience in supply chain / logistics (truck dispatch) preferred
Excellent English skills, East European Languages preferred (Polish, Slovakian, etc.)
Probation time: 1 Month
Start of employment: 01.10.2020
