LEAN EXPERT SALES & ADMIN

Our client is a European market leader in its field (manufacturing industry) who is known for high quality, ecological orientation, customer as well as employee focus and production efficiency. We are looking for a communicative and IT savvy Lean Expert full of initiative for all indirect processes except manufacturing, who is willing to travel (50%+). Place of work can either be Vienna, the local units or home office.
In this newly created position, you will directly report to the Chapter Lead in an agile organisational structure. You are responsible for the conceptualization and setup of a holistic lean approach to be rolled out in the locations and act as a process improvement expert for all indirect areas of a manufacturing company (sales, finance, accounting, controlling, purchasing). Moreover you will ensure effective and efficient interfaces between the departments and act as a sparring partner for specific issues coming from internal and external stakeholders. Finally you share lean tools and best practices with the local employees, drive the standardization and digitalization of processes and implement processes that are lean, highly effective, permanently monitored and continuously improved.
You have a master’s degree in business or industrial engineering, are certified in Lean or Six Sigma and have a few years of experience in Lean projects using Lean process tools. Excellent English skills, a strong understanding of sales and admin processes and related KPIs plus solid process management skills and desire to relentlessly improve processes are a must. German, any additional language, experience in an agile work environment is a plus. You are motivated, active, stress resistant and resilient. Your excellent and motivating communication skills help you to easily adapt in a multi-cultural environment.
