Key Account Data Administrator (full time or part time)

YOUR DAILY BUSINESS

  • Enhance the data exchange between the key account customer & BESTSELLER
  • Work directly in the system of the key account customer Amazon and help to create the presentation of BESTSELLER goods on the website
  • Structure data and create product information overviews within specified excel templates
  • Create overviews in excel regarding the customers orders to be used for forecasting and analysis purposes
  • Work and communicate directly with internal Marketing / other key account teams (GER) to improve online presentation on the customer website
  • Enhance the entire order process from order creation to shipment, making sure orders come in timely, are confirmed correctly, are being forwarded to the logistics team for further processing and finally go out as shipment to the customer
  • Update & exchange the status of orders and shipment together with logistics (AT + DK)
  • Support logistic team with key account customer requests
  • Inform sales team and other important stakeholders on customer orders and challenges

YOUR SKILLS

  • Very Good with Microsoft Excel
  • Very Good English Skills (for the communication with our headquarter in Denmark)
  • Good with general computer skills (Microsoft Word, Emails, Teams)
  • Analytical & logical thinking (and so called “Hausverstand” in Austria 😉)
  • Very detailed oriented, self-disciplined, diligent & pro-active
  • Work independently
