YOUR TASKS

  • Planning, forecasting and reporting of Controlling KPIs
  • Design and creation of management reports (daily and monthly reports)
  • Steering of the business planning process
  • Financial and budget controlling for Austria
  • Conducting controlling-related special analyses to improve operational excellence
  • Development and improvement of controlling instruments, e.g. performance measures and benchmarks as well as policies and guidelines
  • Participation in projects, also in other business areas

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed university degree in a relevant field, such as economics or finance
  • First relevant business experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with good commercial / business sense
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented person with distinct ‘Can-Do and Get-Done’ attitude
  • Ability to work independently & well structured
  • Advanced Excel and IT skills, experience with Power BI or other IT tools highly preferred, but not required
  • Very good communication skills, fluency in English & German is a must
