IT Area Europe Trainee – Red Bull Graduate Programme

As IT Area Europe Trainee, you’ll be part of the IT Europe Team and responsible to manage projects for implementing new or improving existing IT services. You will further define the direction and needed responsibilities to develop and grow end-user’s IT skills in the headquarter and 30 subsidiaries in Europe and Latin America. To successfully realize this, you’ll walk along the typical service lifecycle, bring-in your educational expertise including innovative aspects and get to know the following key areas.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

DEMAND & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

– Capture, align and scope new demands, support the fast and fact-based decision-making with your stakeholders

– Manage projects including service ownership definition for stable operation

– Push using existing standards and challenge established routines

 

DATA ANALYTICS, MINING and DASHBOARDING

 

– Mine data-sources for relevant improvements to support decision making

– Define KPI stories, metrics and implement dashboards for perfect execution

– Use dashboards and visualizations to grow end-user satisfaction

 

SUPPORT SELF-SERVICE ANALYTICS / BUSINESS INSIGHTS GENERATION

 

– Support countries to understand available standard reporting and tools

– Drive reporting and analytics projects together with the relevant key users

– Seek for new methods and technologies, leveraging them for business enablement

 

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Natural interest in Project and Process Management
  • Experience in and open to Data and Analytics
  • Good analytical, conceptual and technical skills
  • Personal responsibility and proactivity
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics (completed before July 2021)
  • Very good English skills, German is a plus
