Your Tasks

Together with your colleagues in the Investor Relations team (IR) you will work closely with the Managing Board of Wienerberger AG on IR topics.
You will support in the preparation of (ESG) road shows, international conferences and capital market days and will actively participate.
In close cooperation with the Corporate Sustainability Department you will monitor all trends relevant for the capital market, developments in the area of ESG and you will compile this information in reports for the Managing Board.
You will consolidate ESG data and information of the entire Wienerberger Group and prepare company presentations with a concise and comprehensive message for our investors.
You will be involved in the preparation of external publications (Corporate Governance Report, Remuneration Report, Press-releases, Ad-hoc Releases) and the preparation and analysis of current ESG ratings (in close cooperation with ESG rating agencies).
As the first contact person for institutional investors and analysts with an ESG focus you will build long-term, trusted relationships on the capital market.

Your Profile

  • Degree in business, economics or any studies with a focus on sustainability
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience (preferably in a consulting firm with a strong ESG/ CSR practice or IR)
  • Excellent and proactive communication skills combined with professional appearance
  • Experience in the creation of texts and presentations and illustrating complex issues in a precise manner
  • Project management skills and ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
  • Financial expertise
  • Affinity to the stock market, investing, governance and ESG
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent command of English

Our Offer

The gross monthly salary for this function according to the collective agreement is at least € 3.500. However, as a responsible employer, Wienerberger AG offers market-oriented remuneration based on qualifications and experience as well as attractive social benefits.
