Internship Supply Chain Planning

Production planning for the worldwide supply of Red Bull products to our markets is carried out centrally at the Red Bull headquarters in Elsbethen (Salzburg).

In this role you’ll get a detailed insight into the processes and support the team in their daily business. As of now we are looking for an intern to support our Global Supply Chain Team with a focus on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for a period of 2 months between mid of October and mid of December 2021. The S&OP team is responsible for the mid- to long-term volume planning of Red Bull cans and supports the different regions to create their local demand and supply plans. During the global process, they will make sure that the plan is balanced and feasible to execute.

YEAR-END MONITORING

 

During this internship, you’ll support us with monitoring the year-end execution so that orders are being placed in accordance with the agreed plan.

 

REPORTING

 

As our Supply Chain Intern, you’ll support us with creating/updating weekly and monthly reports that are used in various meetings with internal stakeholders.

 

MEETING PREPARATION

 

During your internship, you’ll also help us to prepare the monthly S&OP meetings where the results of the global planning process will be shared with stakeholders from different departments (sales, finance, logistics, procurement, …)

 

PLANNING SUPPORT

 

In your role, you’ll assist us with various activities and tasks related to the monthly S&OP process.

  • University studies related to Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Fluent English is a must
