Internship Global Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Intern to join the Red Bull Global Talent Team as of January 2021 for 6 months!
Not only will you get to work with some of the most talented professionals in the industry, you’ll also gain real world experience leveraging your knowledge as part of our Global Talent Team; engaging in strategic cross-functional activities such as Organizational Assessments, Survey Design, Delivery and Validation, Change Management, HR Metric Analytics, Talent Acquisition Trend Analysis, Tool and Process management and/or HR Systems Management.

One of the main focus areas of your role will be working on our global talent acquisition transformation initiative we internally call “Hire Right”. In the next couple of years, we’ll be introducing change initiatives across four categories: People, Process, Systems and Data. Each of these categories has several projects lined up under them, and you will play an active role in ensuring their success.
Let’s be realistic, this is not a data analyst role, but besides some occasional talent acquisition and system adoption reports, one of the projects we have lined up is building a new Talent Acquisition Dashboard. This will be a broader cross-functional project involving also our Global Head of HR Analytics, therefore feeling comfortable around data is key.
We have several changes coming up in the foreseeable future, one of the biggest ones is our departure from a standalone applicant tracking system and move to an integrated Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem. You will have direct exposure to innovative technologies ranging from artificial intelligence all the way to augmented writing.

We’ve got 99 problems but the lack of projects definitely ain’t one. Ranging from approval process set up through our recruitment trainings all the way to template library consolidation. These are just a few that we’ve got in store for you. You won’t only be working as a team member on projects, you’ll also get the chance to shine as a project manager.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- Proficient MS Office Skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro or other PDF editing software
- Ideally, you’ve already completed your first internship or actively participated in student organizations such as AIESEC, ESN, IAESTE or similar
- Coordination doesn’t scare you; in fact, you enjoy taking control
- Completed secondary education or working towards completion of a degree in HR, Economy, Business, Psychology or similar
- English fluency (B2-C2 level), other languages are an advantage
