As International Gaming Event Manager you’ll mainly focus on creating and executing events on a global level. In addition, you manage the event portfolio with our country organizations.


Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:


In this role, you’ll manage Red Bull owned events as well as 3rd party events. In addition, you’ll manage event concepts development and support on cross-department development. In addition, you’ll handle Freelancer Management and analyse the Event Gaming Landscape.


You’ll work closely with countries on the events you manage and make sure country entries on our internal database are done and accurate. Furthermore, you’ll report on executed events and work with National Event Managers on the planning of international event properties.


You’ll be responsible for the internal database and better integration of events, teams, and athletes into the system as well as internal news posts. You’ll be in constant alignment with countries regarding event deadlines, updates, etc. and support as well as improve internal workflows and position our results regarding athletes and events well within the company.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

* 3+ years’ experience in the gaming/esports industry
* Deep knowledge of the esports industry
* Experience in managing gaming projects
* Good understanding of numbers and analysis
* Team player and a good communicator
* Well-organised, hands-on with an entrepreneurial spirit
* University degree in relevant field
* Fluent in English
* Travel up to: 10%
