As an International Field Sales Specialist you will develop and implement global field sales management initiatives which supports markets in achieving their sales goals!


Areas that play to your

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

Country support


In this role you will be responsible for managing regular business reviews with field sales markets. You will also review and feedback country Field Sales Plans (using Business Plans and FS Coverage Plans) and Manage the Field Sales Taskforce process.


Field Sales Strategy


You will develop tools and processes that support global field sales strategy and implement them in your responsible region.


Learning & Development Programs


You’ll develop and facilitate field sales training, track market training calendars and ensure all field sales people are being trained with the relevant field sales training.


Collaboration & Best Practice Sharing


You will work with Markets to collect and share Best Practices and Administer and Drive Engagement on the Field Sales SharePoint communication platform.



Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience and 2 years sales management experience in Field Sales, Key Accounts or Distribution, Team Management is a plus
  • An understanding of how to motivate and develop field based sales people
  • Understanding of Route to Market and budget Management
  • Experience in executing building and maintaining strategic partnerships
  • Resilience and adaptability to solve problems and identify priorities in a fast-pace environment
  • Confident with data analysis and experience using internal and external data sources
  • Good knowledge of FMCG industry, beverage industry a plus
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to influence and manage key Stakeholders
  • University Degree; Or Equivalent Professional Experience
  • Excellent English skills
  • Travel up to 25%
